Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to return your order within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase, without any additional charges.

Conditions for returns:

• The product must have been purchased within the last 7 days.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• A valid reason for return must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

• Products made as per your specifications or personalized items.

• Perishable goods or items with expired dates.

• Items not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons once unsealed.

• Items that are mixed inseparably with other products after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item once it is received and inspected.
